Package includes:

• Initial Consultation Meeting with Lead Coordinator (1 hour)
  - To discuss what to expect and review documents needed to ensure that the wedding goes smoothly

• 1 Final Consultation Meeting with Lead Coordinator (1 hour)
  *at least 2 weeks before the wedding

• Ongoing communication with Lead Coordinator

• 2 Day of Coordinators
  (1) Lead Coordinator (8 hours) on wedding day
  (1) Assistant Coordinator (8 hours) on wedding day

• 1 Ceremony Rehearsal with Lead Coordinator (1 hour) 

• Travel fees may apply

• Need more hours? $75 per hour
